Apartment Panorama - Wagrain

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was exceptional, especially for the spacious apartment I was given. The attention to detail was evident, with clean and cozy rooms that offered a fantastic view on all sides. I loved having two balconies to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. The location on the mountain was perfect for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in the Alps and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. First of all, the location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful mountain views on all sides. The hotel even had two balconies with breathtaking views. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the natural beauty of the area.

All I can say is that everything was beyond satisfactory.

Great, clean, comfortable and cozy rooms, delicious breakfast, team was good and polite, convenient location next to the ski slopes.

Wow, the nature surrounding the hotel was stunning, definitely something hard to forget! Plus, it was great to have free entrance to a nearby pool and to have several grocery stores very close, easy to reach and affordable. I also have to mention that the staff was polite and could speak English excellently, that's a plus!

My overall experience wasn't great. The apartment had some cleaning issues, with bed sheets and towels not being changed during my entire visit. The kitchen appliances were on their last legs, and it was frustrating to cook anything. Also, the laundry and dryer facilities were not available for free and that added up to our expenses.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our two bedroom apartment was impressivelynice and neat, with great facilities, including a fully-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with the slopes just a stone's throw away and the thermal park nearby. If we ever visit this city again, we would definitely choose to stay here.

However, there were some positive aspects that I cannot overlook. the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-decorated. the hotel was conveniently located near the slopes and the lift, which made it easy for guests to reach their preferred winter sports.

Despite the positive aspects mentioned, there were several negative aspects that detracted from the overall experience. The noise from neighbors' animals, which interrupted our sleep was unbearable.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, with the slopes just a short walk away. the nearby thermal park is a great facility to unwind. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a good view of the surroundings. the staff was prompt in their service and the breakfast spread was a good mix of options.
